Since it was established, the National Examinations Centre (Centre) has cooperated with the following centres of examination:

In the period between 2001 and 2002, the Centre assumed the role of Slovene coordinator in the international project JONAS, in which Slovenia worked together with the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Poland. The project was financed by the European Community and sought to define the role of various systems of external assessment (from external exams, national assessment, inspectorate and international surveys to school self-assessment) in providing quality of school systems.
